Unless previously arranged, all sales are C.O.D or Bank Transfer.
Delivery
Please allow 10 working days for most orders
Rush orders can be done at a premium price
A 50% deposit is required on all orders, including layouts and design work.
All outside work is completed weather permitting
If we can’t complete the job, we will reschedule for the next day
Custom ordered materials are subject to a 20% restocking charge if the job is cancelled.
Vehicles
Please arrive with a clean vehicle on your date of appointment.
Dirty vehicles will be washed at shop rate and added to your invoice.
Vehicles Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.
Please do not power wash the lettering for 2 to 3 weeks depending on the time of year whilst the vinyl bonds to the surface.
We use high grade materials, if you have any problems with splitting or listing simple bring it in, and we’ll sort it out.
Computer Files
Acceptable customer supplied logos and artwork:
Photos-Original film prints or high resolution
Computer print-outs on photo paper no larger than 11″x14″ and no smaller than 3″x3″ scanning size.
Computer images saved full scale and in their original format or saved as PSD, JPEG, EPS, BMP or tiff.
Smaller images should be saved at 200 or 300dpi, please provide a print-out for reference.
No internet files please, the resolution is too low.
Computer files saved as AI, CDR with fonts converted or EPS vector with blends removed. Please provide a printout.
High resolution black & white printed copy is ideal for scanning.
Larger files may be zipped
Files can be stored on a USD drive.
